The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the SNM Hospital Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by SNM Hospital whether on the SNM Hospital Platform or otherwise. Please read this Policy before using the SNM Hospital Platform or submitting any personal information to SNM Hospital. As a Doctor
If you are a doctor and have created an account on the platform. We collect the information that you provide to us through the registration form, including your name, email, profile image, designation. These information will be used in accordance with hospital rules.
As a User
We collect only the information that you share with us through the enquiry forms or donation forms.
USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for following purposes, including:
To provide information to the general public regarding the availability of Doctors on different days.
To enable you as a Doctor to publish articles to the Hospital’s blog.
DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are: Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or
